CARGO is a software platform that connects shippersFortune MouSees, carriers and drivers (self-employed or employees) in the search for the best freight option.

This application (free to use) is intended for use by drivers only.

Unlike other platforms whose focus is basically on quantity of ads and price, our focus is on the relationship between transporters and drivers, without interfering in negotiating the freight price.

Transport companies define their relationship networks by adding drivers present on this platform (this application installed). When announcing a shipment, the carrier defines the essential items for the service:

• Region or state of service (of the driver)

• Travel start date and location

• Trip end date and place

• Weight (transport capacity)

For your safety and that of the carriers, all data filled in is already under the rules of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), that is, only the necessary data is shown, during only the period that is necessary.

In order for your service to the carrier to be successful and to be well evaluated (and you can even receive direct advertisements, without competition), it is important to know:

• This application collects your positioning (the GPS must always be on) every 4 (four) minutes;

• The platform starts showing its positioning to the carrier just 6 (six) hours before the start of the trip. This way, the carrier will be sure that you will be on your way, without needing you to call (or receive calls) to confirm your departure;

• Once your trip has started, you can report any event necessary to detail your trip;

• Once you end the trip, the carrier will no longer have access to your positioning in real time (live), 6 (six) hours later;

• Positioning during the trip will be available to the carrier within 7 (seven) days after the end of the trip, for audit purposes. After this period, this data will be permanently destroyed from our databases and cannot be recovered in any way.
